  16. I installed AFS 4 monthes ago,On the main partition of my 1gb scsi drive.
  17. I used it for a week and was impressed with its speed.Then it bombed.
  18. The ENTIRE partition went dead.Disksalve 4 was useless.I lost the entire 
  19. drive.Also after i reinstalled i had some crashes during writes.
  20. I started writing email phase4 and had a few suggestions about changing
  21. dma masks and maxtransfer values.For a while things seemed nice.But then
  22. just a week ago I did a diskvalid fix (many unused blocks and such - blatant
  23. bug in this all too perfect afs) it destroyed my entire docs directory!

  27. Where does one get those betas or any upgrades for that matter the unused 
  28. blocks problem is reolved i hope?
